1. Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or official purchase order. A 50% advance payment is required to begin processing customized products.

2. Customization & Artwork
Clients must provide high-resolution logos or artwork for printing. BS Factory BD will not be responsible for low-quality output due to poor file submissions. Final design approval is required before production.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Each product may have a specified MOQ. Orders below the minimum quantity may not be accepted or could incur additional charges.

4. Delivery Timeline
Standard production time is 7–10 working days from the date of final design approval and advance payment. Delivery timelines may vary based on order size and customization requirements.

5. Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery or as per mutually agreed terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery through reliable courier services. BS Factory BD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellations & Changes
Orders once approved and under production cannot be cancelled. Design or order changes after confirmation may result in additional charges and delay in delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds
Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

9. Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, designs, or content submitted for customization.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client data, designs, and order information are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
